ARTISTIC RESEARCH RESIDENCY - ENAIRE FOUNDATION RESIDENCY AWARD
April 2018

Sculptor, photographer and author of photobooks, his work lies halfway between document and fiction, as a means of making the invisible appear. Doctor in Fine Arts from Universidad Complutense de Madrid with his thesis Laboratorio Val del Omar (2008), which was published that same year by Cameo as a documentary. For this work, he spent two years researching in his VdO laboratory, PLAT, before receiving the commision –with Javier Ortiz-Echagüe– to install it in Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (2008).
